Registration

Registration fees will be at most € 340 for permanent staff and € 170 for post-docs and doctoral students. The exact registration fees will be communicated later, as they will depend on the final number of participants. Please submit an abstract (no cost or obligation) so that we can confirm the number of participants as soon as possible.

The supplement for a single room is € 60 (twin room by default).

These fees apply for academics and CNRS agents, for others (CEA agents, private, foreign academics, etc.) an increase of 10% VAT must be applied.

Registration includes meals from Tuesday evening to Friday noon (including the banquet dinner), accommodation, coffee breaks, and the round trip by coach from Ax-les-Thermes railway station.

After making sure you have gathered the following information:

1. your travel information (when and how? arrival/departure time, plane/train/car)
2. what shuttle do you plan to take between the hotel and the train station (if any)
3. diet preference (if applicable)
4. the name + email + telephone number of the administrative person in charge of your payment (especially if you pay by purchase order)

The payment of registration fees can be made either by CREDIT CARD or by CNRS BON DE COMMANDE (=purchase order) with the pre-order form that azur-colloque will send you by e-mail. Note that bon de commande from other entities are not accepted, in particular personnel in a UMR must make sure to get a CNRS bon de commande, because University bon de commande cannot be accepted. The deadline for registration and payment is May 7, 2022.

The description of the purchase order must be worded as follows:
Participation à la réunion plénière du GDR MEETICC 2022 and specify the "Name of the participant(s)" concerned

For registrations by purchase order, as far as possible, we thank you for making collective purchase orders by laboratory or by team in order to simplify management.

For any cancellation less than 15 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the amount must be paid.
